We are local residents and housing providers working together for sustainable housing policies that benefit our entire community.

We believe in effective housing approaches that would increase housing availability and affordability. We support local housing providers in delivering lower-cost housing, which helps maintain neighborhood stability and prevent displacement.

We originally formed as a group of owner-occupied duplex and triplex housing providers.  Our members primarily reside under the same roof as our renters and in the same building. 

Join our diverse group of seniors, minorities, immigrants, and working-class residents.  We are your next door neighbors and fellow community members.  We welcome collaboration and partnerships between housing providers, homeowners, and renters.
